Seeking detailed Art Appraiser to work with our leadership team. The candidate must have working knowledge and a proven track record working at a professional level. The position is on a freelance basis. Must have previous experience as Art Appraisers determine the fair market value of paintings, sculptures, textiles and other related items. 

Appraiser requirements:

• Examines work for color values, style of brushstroke, esthetic correctness, and other characteristics, to establish art period or identify artist. Judges authenticity and value, based on knowledge of art history, materials employed, techniques of individual artists, and current market. May also illuminate work with quartz light to determine whether discoloration is present. May also specialize in particular categories of art or in specific types of artistic articles appraised.
• Technology Knowldege of ArtCloud or Arternal technology a plus.

Seeking a talented Freelance Graphic Artist to work with our Curatorial and Sales tea. The successful candidate must have a portfolio and a proven track record working at this level. The position is on a freelance basis. Must have previous experience performing igraphic design and using Adobe Suite of Products.

Graphic Artist requirements:

• The ability to understand and interpret design concepts
• The ability to meet deadlines at the necessary quality expectations and communicate clearly
• The willingness to work with Artists and Gallery Owners
• Collaborative in approach, sharing any new techniques learned with other staff members
• Creative problem-solving ability and personal initiative when faced with a problem
• A strong appreciation of the value of branding in art imagery and natural visual storytelling ability
• The ability to motivate others and be part of a high-performing team
• A genuine commitment to craftsmanship and a keen eye for detail

The Administrative Assistant, Exhibitions works directly with Management Team to help coordinate and establish innovative solutions and systems, while fostering company communication. The Administrative Assistant, Exhibitions will be responsible for regularly communicating department updates to the business while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and organization in assisting the Curatorial Principal.

What you'll be doing:

• Maintain the intercompany technology and website.
• Work inter-departmentally identifying areas of intersection creating systems to improve communication.
• Update schedule with particular emphasis on External Projects
• Design, format and send a monthly newsletter and other internal communications on behalf of the Exhibitions Team.
• Constant maintenance of Installation Folders.
• Work with all team members to assist on projects as needed.
